Susan Ralph – 1980 to present:
Susan has worked out of several of the Land Title Offices in BC over the years including Victoria, New Westminster / Vancouver and Kamloops / Nelson. Susan also worked in the Process Serving field for a number of years.

Dodie Lysak – 1976 to present:
Through the years Dodie has worked as a private agent for several Law Firms, then joined the team at Kershaw Kuroyama Registry Services Ltd. in 1999 and SRRS in 2009. She remains our “go to” person in the Registry where her working relationships with LTO staff and other agents remains invaluable.

Rob Kuroyama – 1975 to present:
Rob worked in the Survey Department at the Land Title Office until he became one of the principals of Kershaw Kuroyama Registry Services Ltd. He specializes in all Survey work and has recently joined our team to continue providing his excellent knowledge to our clients. Whether you need consultation or actual filing of survey plans he can provide the help you need.

Bev Schindel– 1979 to present:
Along with her many years experience searching property records as well as Registrar of Companies and Personal Property Registry, Bev is an expert at searching the Historical Records at the Land Title Office and providing clear concise reports based on your specific instructions.

Chantal Janecek – Since 2007 Chantal has been working as an agent in the Kamloops Land Title Office providing searches, copies and plans, she also completes searches and filings in Court Registry and Personal Property Registry.
